History of the site:
In the year 2001 I had an idea to create a web site for my mother Nesrin Olgun Arslan who is "the first and the only Turkish woman who swam the english channel" and immediatly created a simple but a good one. Since 2001, the look of this site has changed so many times until 2003 but then I didn't change the design because it was good <strong>enough</strong> and also I don't have so many time to create a new one. But now, in the year 2007, most of web browsers started to render the site incorrectly because of old html tags and codes so I decided to make a new and modern one while I have time, here in L'Aquila, Italy. I hope you like it!
Who is Sevket Arslan?
Sevket Arslan was born on 10th of February, 1986 in Adana as a second child of Zafer Arslan and Nesrin Olgun Arslan. With my mothers helps and supports, I had lots of sucess' at every fields like swimming, tennis, etc. Now I'm studying at Business Administration Department of Cukurova University but now continuing university education in Universita degli Studi dell'Aquila, Italy as an Erasmus exchange student.
